Greg Vertelman
It is with deep sadness that we share the passing of our friend and colleague, Greg Vertelman.
Greg was a remarkable leader at The Talent Company and someone who deeply shaped the way we support people through change. As Chief Growth Officer and Career Transition Practice Leader, his work was never just about growth or strategy, it was about people. He cared deeply about helping leaders navigate uncertainty with clarity, confidence, and dignity.
Coaching and career transition work weren’t simply part of Greg’s role; they were central to who he was. He guided countless individuals through pivotal moments in their careers with honesty, empathy, and steady encouragement. Greg had a rare gift for combining sharp insight with genuine warmth, helping people see what was possible even in difficult moments.
To those of us who worked closely with him, Greg was a trusted partner and a steady presence. He was generous with his time, thoughtful in his advice, and deeply invested in the success and well-being of others. He made people feel seen, supported, and valued.
Our thoughts are with Greg’s wife, Jen, and his daughters, Charlotte and Amelia, who were always his greatest pride.
We are better for having known Greg, and his impact will continue to live on through the many people he helped and the relationships he built. He will be deeply missed.
In memory of Greg, his family has chosen the Heart and Stroke Foundation for those who wish to honour Greg through a donation.
