With over 20 years of success in the Talent Acquisition and Talent Management space (both outsourced and in-house), Lauren has supported and built relationships within a wide range of companies and industry sectors. As Delivery Leader for our Recruitment Solutions practice, she focuses on collaborating with clients to find the best solutions for attracting, acquiring and onboarding top talent for their unique organizations. An authentic and highly effective leader of people, projects and processes, Lauren brings a creative and positive approach, a sense of humour, and a true passion for helping others succeed.

Lauren has a Bachelor of Arts Degree, a Certificate in Human Resources Management and has achieved the CHRL designation. She is an active member of the HRPA.

Lauren lives in Durham Region with her husband and teenaged daughter. She is an avid walker, burgeoning gardener and enjoys tackling DIY projects, cooking and the great outdoors.
