Prior to joining The Talent Company as our CCO and COO, Richard was actively working with us as an Executive Coach. He continues to support selective coaching engagements as part of his lifelong commitment to developing others. Away from the office, Richard has been married for 15 years to his best friend Tanya and loves being a dad to his two daughters Sydney and Vienna.
