Val is a trusted consultant, advisor and sales executive with a career of more than twenty years in Professional Services. She has worked with clients across many industries to design strategic and innovative solutions that strengthen talent at every level and support organizational performance through an engaged workforce.
Before joining The Talent Company, Val served as SVP and Global Account Director at LHH and Knightsbridge, partnering with some of the largest employers in Canada and around the world. Earlier in her career, she held senior leadership roles at a major Canadian financial institution across several business lines and within HR as part of C Suite executive teams. This experience gives her a strong customer lens and the ability to bring together the right experts to deliver meaningful value.
Her work spans recruitment, assessment insights, succession planning, leadership development and career transition support. She helps individuals grow their potential and navigate their careers while helping organizations build talent strategies that keep pace with change.
Outside of work, Val is proud of her three children and two grandchildren. She enjoys travel, studying history, exploring different cultures and spending time on anything related to gardening and design.
