The sessions are facilitated by Senior HR Leaders and are tailored for professionals at the Senior Manager to Director levels.
These meetings aim to facilitate the exchange of best practices, address challenges, and share valuable resources in a candid and confidential group setting.
Attendees will have the chance to network with peers, dedicating time to personal and professional development. The environment fosters a confidential and secure space for community building and open discussions.
Topics of conversation will be participant-driven, addressing challenges and relevant issues faced by HR leaders.

As a reminder, the Senior HR Peer to Peer Sessions are open exclusively to Senior HRBPs to HR Director levels. To encourage open dialogue and collaboration, vendors and consultants are not permitted.
