Overview

Claude has worked in various organizations throughout her career, always gaining more experience and solving more complex problems. She has presented numerous times to executive committees and internal operational committees as well as Boards of Directors in her prior role. As one of the first HR experts on board at that organization, she helped shape the HR function and continues to consult with them on a regular basis, given the richness of her knowledge and the relevancy of her recommendations considering both business imperatives and organizational culture. Claude has held positions including Executive Director of HR Center of expertise, Senior Director of HR Shared Services, and Director of Global Compensation and HR systems. She has three decades of practical industry experience, and one of her key strengths is her down to earth, no-nonsense approach to complex problem solving.

Claude has a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Relations from the Université de Montréal, and is CPP and GRP certified. Claude also has industry experience in Business Consulting, Telecommunications, Biotech, Financial Services, and Engineering Consulting.
