Overview and Strengths

Dawn has 25 years of experience across a blend of technology, strategy and program leadership roles.  She has worked with clients and leaders from financial services, technology, energy and resources, public sector, professional services and real estate industry sectors.

Starting as an information technology developer and culminating as a partner with Deloitte, Dawn has embraced a non-linear career involving a broad diversity of roles.  Those roles have spanned client service, and operational roles within Deloitte where Dawn had P&L accountability of $25M, reported direct to the Deloitte executive team and had a team of 50+ direct reports.  Over her career, Dawn has led large scale technology transformation programs ranging in size from $50-200M.

As an inclusive leader Dawn sought to create an environment where everyone was able to identify their unique capabilities, she moved roadblocks, championed and enable them to reach their full potential.

• Doubled the size of a client focused practice by evolving services offered, upskilling team and increasing collaboration with teams offering complimentary services

• Leading large scale technology transformation programs with budgets ranging from $50-200M

• Facilitation of leadership learning, including new leader onboarding, and diversity, equity and inclusion education
