With over 16 years of experience that is focused mainly in the healthcare sector both in Ontario and Nationally across Canada. Diana has a wide range of experiences supporting HR initiatives and operations with small to midsize organizations in the Advertising industry and electronic vehicle technology space. On top of generalist HR/maintenance tasks, some notable experience includes: spearheading systems implementation as the HR SME, representing HR from a national level on auditing team to achieve and maintain such accreditations as ISO-9001 and Accreditation Canada, worked on multiple company acquisitions and divestures, efficiently working with government agencies to complete employment equity compliance exercises, benefits program analysis, internal training and development delivery, and assisting with high recruitment needs for different roles and in different geographic regions.

Diana is known for her diligent and fearless approach to any HR related task, she excels in transforming tasks to completed and positive outcomes. With her deep understanding of HR processes coupled with a proactive attitude, allows her to navigate and find the most efficient and effective solution to any employee relation scenario or any organizational process and or operational issues.

This can be seen through her most recent roles as the National HR Business Partner, Special Projects at a healthcare provider organization with over 15,000 employees, a Sr. HR Generalist for an EV company’s Canadian operations liaising with the Global counterpart in China, and currently the Lead HR Manager at a for profit organization of behavioural therapists.
