Emma brings extensive operations experience gained across complex government agencies, consulting services (built environment), municipalities and not for profit organizations. Her expertise includes board interactions, financial management, team development, incident management, technical leadership, project management, change management, reporting and strategic planning.

As a coach, Emma demonstrates a supportive, insightful, and intelligent approach to her interactions with clients and has been helping clients achieve their leadership and career goals since 2012.
She knows how and when to challenge in a patient and nonjudgmental way, to get the maximum benefit from each session. Emma uses her experience, to uncover limiting self beliefs and build confidence in those who are looking to improve in a specific area of their leadership development, or who are looking to take the next step in their career journey.
