Her background includes long-term consulting assignments with multinational employers as well as mid-sized and emerging organizations across a wide range of industries. She is known for her ability to quickly understand business needs, build strong relationships with stakeholders, and deliver efficient, high-quality recruitment results.

Her recruitment experience spans full-cycle hiring across a variety of functional areas, with particular strength in technical, engineering, and corporate roles. Karolina has led searches for positions in software development, cybersecurity, UX and product management, as well as electrical, mechanical, and structural engineering. In addition, she has supported hiring across corporate functions including HR, operations, and professional services.
