Leslie is a seasoned HR professional with more than 20 years of progressively senior experience across a broad range of HR functions. Focusing on the development, maintenance and administration of total rewards, policy development, and program implementation, Leslie works with clients to identify gaps, develop recommendations, and support implementation efforts to ensure alignment with organizational strategy and goals.

She collaborates with senior business leaders and members of the internal HR team to provide integrated solutions that will enhance the HR and Total Rewards programs of the organization.

Working in both corporate and consulting environments, Leslie has experience in developing comprehensive total rewards strategies, designing and administering employee compensation and benefit plans, conducting market research and benchmarking through collaboration with external and internal stakeholders.

Her experience in broader HR functions, such as employee relations, HR communications, and HR systems provides her with the ability to approach client engagements holistically, offering full support and perspectives on designing and implementing creative solutions.
