Nancy Dewar is the Founder and Principal at Inspire Coaching and Training. She specializes in Executive Coaching, Leadership and Sales Training, and Business Consulting. Her career has included 25+ years of senior leadership positions in global coach operations, sales, marketing and organizational development.
Nancy has held several senior level positions and led several corporate coaching and learning organizations. She specializes in leadership development, culture transformation, change management, motivation and mindfulness. She has industry experience including Hospitality, Automotive, Consumer Packaged Goods, Retail, Not-for-Profit, and Pharmaceuticals.
With a high energy and warm, engaging style, Nancy has captivated international audiences. She has worked globally, facilitating in Spain, Brazil, United Kingdom, Germany, Thailand, China, Mexico and the USA. She also recently completed her first TED Talk on ‘Relearning to Trust your Instincts’.
She has written two books, “Coaching 101- A Simplified Guide to Coaching in Business” and “One Wild and Precious Life”, and has led several keynote addresses for corporate events.
