Nancy believes that by living purposefully and aligning with one’s core values, individuals can unlock their potential to produce significant, meaningful outcomes.
With over 25 years dedicated to enhancing the potential of individuals and organizations worldwide, Nancy has excelled as an instructor, leader, speaker, and coach. Nancy’s coaching is grounded in adult learning theory and utilizes the Co-Active model, which promotes self-discovery and insight. She collaborates with clients to craft personalized development plans that inspire growth, improve decision-making, and enhance leadership skills. Nancy has earned multiple coaching certifications from the International Coaching Federation and the Co-Active Training Institute and is an accredited facilitator with respected organizations, including DDI, Langevin, and CMC.

Achievements and Community Impact
Nancy was awarded the 2022 Ontario Medal of Good Citizenship, the second-highest honor by the Ontario government, and was nominated in 2020 for WXN’s “Canada’s Most Powerful Women: Top 100.” She is also the author of The Happy Place (2012), a workbook for personal happiness, and co-author of Your Weight Loss G-Spot (2015).
Created The Fresh Start Project, a philanthropic initiative supporting families transitioning from shelters by providing essential household items. The organization has expanded to seven chapters nationally, mobilizing over 7,000 volunteers and supporting over 440 families since 2019.
Nancy’s philanthropy is part of her identity. From her multi-year grassroots initiatives, like Ruthie’s Runners for ovarian cancer research, neighbourhood programs like Women’s Holiday Hampers and annual Neighbourhood Food Drives, individual initiatives like trash-walking and her continued support to organizations like Jack.Org (youth mental health) and Princess Margaret Hospital.
Personal Interests
Nancy’s life is driven by a commitment to well-being and community. She is active in sports like tennis, kayaking, biking, golf, pickleball, skiing and yoga, has completed more than 16 half-marathons, and is in her third year of weekly cold-water plunging. Her two sons are at the heart of her mission, and she prioritizes creating memorable, value-driven experiences with them, while raising responsible, independent adults.
