Sharon Pitawanakwat is the Inspirational Founder and Transformational Lead of a leadership development and executive coaching practice that partners with courageous leaders committed to meaningful personal and organizational transformation. With over 30 years of progressive senior leadership experience across Indigenous health and social services, community mental health and addictions, and dementia and Alzheimer care, Sharon brings a rare depth of systems-level insight, compassion, and strategic clarity to her work.

Her strength lies in integrating her leadership experience, advanced coaching expertise, and deep reflective awareness to help leaders shift from reactivity to creativity, and from survival-based cultures to cultures rooted in possibility, purpose, and hope. Sharon identifies as an Indigenous Leader and Coach who brings forward her lived experience with Indigenous cultural teachings aligning them with her study and understanding of Yoga Philosophy and integration of coaching science. Sharon is widely recognized for her ability to create safe, non-judgemental spaces where honest conversations lead to lasting change.

Sharon’s coaching philosophy is grounded in the belief that people already carry the wisdom they are searching for. Her role is to help leaders access this innate wisdom through courage, curiosity, integrity, and conscious choice.
