Overview and Strengths

Leveraging recent first-hand leadership and business operating experience as a former Managing Director, and the highest global standard in coaching, the ICF Master Certified Coach designation, Stephanie supports senior-level professionals to thrive at work.

Having been an ICF certified professional coach since 2010, Stephanie is a seasoned Leadership and Executive Coach with over 15 years of corporate coaching experience.

Stephanie takes a structured, direct, results-oriented approach to her work with her clients. She partners with her clients to clarify their leadership aspirations, identify their critical focus areas, design their action plans and get them where they want to be.

Her clients work across a range of industries and functions, though typically fall into two categories:

• Newly Promoted Executives seeking to establish themselves in senior-level roles, including new Directors, Vice Presidents and Partners in Consulting Firms.
• Established Executives seeking to enhance their leadership effectiveness, including Executive Vice Presidents, C-Suite Executives and Managing Directors.

Stephanie has a wealth of work experience in diverse, top leadership roles, spanning the Professional Services, Education and Technology sectors. Her experiences range from working as a Senior Consultant for Oliver Wyman and Deloitte, to progressing in a global corporate training firm to the company’s Managing Director. In this role, she successfully led the business’ turnaround during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Stephanie has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) from the University of British Columbia, Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Ivey Business School at Western University and Master Certified Coach (MCC) designation from the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

As a former ultra-marathon runner, she has personal and professional experience of needing great discipline, drive and mental stamina to reach her objectives.

In 2008, she ran 11,000 miles around North America to inspire environmental action for her charity, RunForOnePlanet.org. With funds raised during the run tour, she founded and now manages a legacy fund which provides grants to youth-driven environmental initiatives in Canada. For her efforts, Governor General of Canada, David Johnston, awarded her the Meritorious Service Medal in 2016.
