Tammy is an award-winning leadership expert and executive coach with over two decades of experience helping high-potential professionals unlock their next level of growth. Known for her transformative approach and real-world results, Tammy is trusted by some of the world’s top companies to accelerate leadership capability and drive meaningful change, especially in advancing women and the leaders who champion them.

Global influences inform Tammy’s approach. She has facilitated leadership programs and coached individuals across continents—in person, virtually, and with live translation. Her experience spans financial services, technology, professional services, healthcare, consumer goods, and manufacturing. Her coaching blends sharp business insight with deep empathy, supporting leaders to show up with clarity and courage.

Before launching her own practice, Tammy held international senior leadership and consulting roles, including Senior Vice President of Leadership Transformation, Global Practice Lead for Women in Leadership, and Vice President of Global Leadership Development. Her early career included training and building leadership functions at tech giants now known as Salesforce.com and Autodesk, and training new financial advisors at Midland Walwyn (Merrill Lynch).

Today, Tammy’s focus is on helping women—and the organizations that support them—reframe outdated narratives, let go of over-functioning, and lead with power and purpose.
