As an experienced HR leader, Tara has dedicated her career to building and strengthening the HR foundation for start-ups and high-growth organizations and navigating the complexities of multi-national corporations undergoing change and global expansions. With a passion for crafting short and long-term people strategies, Tara has a proven track record of success in aligning HR initiatives with overall company objectives and driving organizational growth.

Throughout her career, Tara has developed progressive HR programs and systems, established performance and talent review processes, and acted as a trusted advisor to business executives. From overseeing HR operations for a publicly traded high-growth start-up to restructuring Canadian operations for multi-national corporations, Tara has developed a comprehensive skill set in human resources management and human resources strategy development.

In her personal time, Tara is an avid hiker and particularly enjoys winter hiking. She appreciates finding new trails within her home province of Ontario and discovering new places to hike while travelling outside of Canada.
