Overview

Based on the outcomes of the Team Diagnostic, the follow up session will provide the team the opportunity to action plan related to key priorities stemming from the Team Diagnostic.

Components of this action planning session could include:

• Developing a team charter
• Strengthening team alignment
• Design of mission, vision, values and goal setting
• Aligning strategy with team goals
• Increasing accountability
• Strengthening productive conflict and collaboration
